I bought some expensive supposedly indestructible tights - I got a run in them putting them on the first time.

I just cant wear pretty things.

sighs, hugs appreciated.

Sad... Huggles on the way, of course.

First, flip your headline to "I need to =learn= to wear pretty things - and to buy quality,"

I'm gonna bet =every= GG girl, and every XY person who is really a girl/woman, has botched her first makeup attempt into "clown-land".

"Expensive" does not guarantee "quality" ... or "durability" ... or "usefulness" ... [1]

Bubbling to the top of my brain are these ideas.

Three places I can think of that need durable tights are:

= Dance studios, ex: ballet.

= Cheer-leading squads. The Lads do rather toss the Lasses about (Unless it's a Bru story ...). Plus their own pyramids, splits, and gymnastics.

So high schools, and colleges who have sports teams & cheerleading squads for that line of inquiry

The USA has a chain of restaurants called: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hooters. The waitresses need to be as bustling about as any waitresses anywhere, plus, sigh, I fear, the occasional grope.

OK, it's one idea, three times.

All three will want durable tights/pantyhose/leotards.

With what's left of them, practice putting on/taking off. And you no doubt trimmed all 20 nails, and shaved or used The Stinky Stuff.

Good luck with inquiries and practice.

[1] Cost/price .... no matter what price or level of accuracy in that Rolex ... I bet for less than $100 you can get a watch with a radio receiver, and its time is 'slaved' to the nearest Atomic Clock ... I win. First three Atomic Clock wrist watches on Amazon are all under $40.

I'll add another round of Huggs

So sorry for you. My only advice on pantyhose or tights is to get several pairs that are cheep and considered throw away. Practice with those until your happy about getting them on and off without mishap.

As for as "Cute Things" I would first have to ask you to define Cute
For me, a retired grandmother, (perhaps a great grandmother and they just haven't told me) my tastes run a little out of time for what is considered current fashion. Check out this web sight for what I consider cute.

I have several of their creations, but they do run a bit pricey. Like most stores they have sales from time to time, sometimes up to 30% off. Unfortunately, I don't have much call for dressing up fashionably while working on my little 40 acre ranch. I do find some cute fashions at these two websites.

But above that, my favorite places to shop are "CLEARANCE" and "On Sale" I can usually fine something cute to wear, even while working at the ranch.
