All I remember is the beginning, where a still closeted trans girl has to undergo a CAT scan, which causes her to freak out and out herself to her parents.

... I was able to 'dredge up':
During her 'freak-out' in the CAT scanner, she starts screaming "get me out, get me out, I promise I'll be a good girl."
