Recently posted three stories on the Whateley site.
Where is Morpheus?
Unfortunately, I've noticed that often once an author is assimilated by the Whateley collective that their posting elsewhere slowly seems to trickle to zero. There was a fan Whateley story that I was really enjoying when the author got accepted as canon and pulled what they had written and rewrote it and finished it to fit canon. I lost interest as it went from a fun story to just so so, as I felt it lost so much in the transition. Their other story submissions like a number of other authors came to a screeching, grinding halt unless it was an occasional Whateley story. I'm not saying that there aren't a lot of good Whateley story's, there are. I really enjoyed some of the early ones, but now I equate Whateley to the Borg. Once an author becomes part of the collective that's it, you can pretty much kiss any non Whateley story goodbye.

The three stories posted on Whateley are simply reposts of his Legacy universe (Hardshell, Praxis Crossing, and Miracle Legacy).
I've seen any number of Whateley authors that continued to post non-Whateley stuff for quite some time, at least until they got tired of the abuse from people that didn't like what/how they were posting.
In this case, I suspect Morpheus is having RL issues, simply because I haven't seen him this quiet in quite some time, including several of the other sites he's posted to, which I'm not going to list here.
Hopefully whatever it is, is concluded in the best way possible.
Note: he's been so prolific that in the past, there was even a story involving other authors being assimilated into the Morpheus Collective, to explain the output.
I'll get a life when it's proven and substantiated to be better than what I'm currently experiencing.
New project in the works by Morpheus
From what Morpheus was saying on the Whateley Discord, he has been working on a big project. It is not Whateley related so we will see what it is. Morpheus had been doing a lot of Whateley stories for a while but we will see what comes. Morpheus also has a habit of bouncing around to a lot of different story types and writing in bursts with long pauses in between.

A few weeks ago, I asked Morpheus for permission about writing a story based in one of his universes and he responded pretty quickly. So, he hasn't completly fallen off the face of the earth.
As with any duration of absence, there could be any reason why he isn't posting new content. Sometimes RL catches up to you and sometimes you need a break to prevent burn-out. None of which I know, I'm just speculating.
