It is my usual amount. Until later in the month.

Sadly, the lessons of history are that one person can not keep the stock market afloat (ala the 1929 stock market crash.) I am sure the current recession is probably making donations even more difficult.

I think some donation statistics may be helpful in make people understand the funding problems.

While a wider donor base has always been what the goal is, frankly it may be more realistic to see what is the typical count of donors in a given month and specify a goal, per donor, for that expected pool size of donors.

I don't want to be a downer, I have supported BC for a really long time but I think having Erin struggle like this all of this time is not fair.

Suggestions ?

I've given up for now not having to double donate so might as well save a stamp and another MO fee.
