Yep. i know it was only Friday when i last posted but i have news to impart.
My daughter hinted on Friday that I should go visit, the last time i saw the family was in December and next Friday Grandson number 1 turns four. So i've booked transport which will see me heading to GOC this coming Thursday. returning the following week. This will potentially impact my postings here and possibly delay my writing efforts - you have been warned!
Yesterday i headed out for a ride, it was a fairly bright day but a cool northerly wind nagged throughout the 100+km, the highlight of which was spotting a small flock of Little Egrets on the Severn Levels, yep not 1 or 2 birds but 7!
I've posted a new Gaby chapter, Kabinette, today, i hope you enjoy it.
I think that's about everything today, i'll be back midweek with more musings,

The sight of a Little Egret in the UK would be enough to cause a 'twitch' and hundreds of bird watchers would flock (sic) to the spot. Now they are commonplace in many areas. The Wildflowl and Wetlands Trust place at Slimbridge is where I saw my first one in the UK. I saw a good dozen at Pagham Harbour a few weeks ago.
Have a good trip to GOC.
