so last night, I was supposed to do a home sleep study, and I blew it badly, not being able to connect the hoses properly.

so I'm going to have to try again tonight.

meanwhile, I think my manic phase is ending and I am heading downward, so hugs appreciated.

Sleep Apnea

Sleep Apnea can affect many phases of your life. As someone who has a moderately severe case of it, I can't tell you how many times I woke up out of breath and shaking. If you are suffering from this, I hope that you can complete the sleep study even though it is a pain, and get some serious treatment. I am using a CPAP and it has made a tremendous difference in my rest and attitude toward everything.

Good luck and HUGS

As always, the "ether sea" is awash in my excess hugs ...

... So start grabbing them ... Wait - might grabbing (with consent, of course) - be the only way to get a hug???
-
"Hugs coming up": I'm about to pressure cook an acorn squash, with the seed cavity holding mushrooms, fresh garlic & onions, mustard, (USA brand) Earth Balance margarine, dab of mustard, liquid smoke, and from the "India" section of a grocery store, ginger-garlic paste.

How do I make it all fit? I learned my lesson last time, and am using very small amounts of each. And the mushrooms, onion, garlic - the extras go into my next culinary adventure.

I expect the result will curl my toes and radiate hugs.
