Just so you all can be aware,

Transitioning Home is being shopped around for a publisher. I have tried Interlude Press, which is an award winning LGBT+ publisher. Under their advice, I trimmed the story a hell of a lot, tightened the plot and all in all made a far better book out of it. I am hoping to hear back if they want it or not. But because its been a while since I have heard anything, I have sent the novel to Ninestar Publications, another LGBT+ publisher. There are quite a number of them out there and they put out some decent books.

Honestly Doppler Press has been good to me, but I am trying to expand my market to a bit broader area. I mean, I am seriously considering sending THotM to Tor, since they take unagented submissions. That would be epic but I'm not sure if it will fly. It all rests on the second draft and the edits. If that pushes it into a good spot then I will happily take it, otherwise it will probably be someone like JMS or Ninestar. There is a lot of diversity in the publishing world these days. Hell I've found Lesbian Romances at the Library, so things are good.

I'm trying to hone my craft and sadly that is more than just learning to write well and spin a good story. I have to learn business and marketing stuff, which honestly gives me the hives. But if I want to do well in the market I have to learn this stuff. Here's hoping.

Can you buy these books online? A link would be nice.

Transitioning Home isn't out

Transitioning Home isn't out yet, so you can't pick it up. 300 Rains is available on Amazon, and that's through Doppler Press, the fine people who bring you this website.
