Just a quick fyi,

thank you all for the kind words and the little bit of feedback you have given me on my story. I can tell from the thumbs that people are enjoying the read. And so far no one seems to have any issues with anything, which is good. So you know, I am going for a sort of mix between The Black Company, The Deed of Paksanarion, and The Oath of Swords. At least that is my aim. Those are all great books so I only hope I'm at least close.

Not sure about the name Dani. It doesn't feel right but nothing is coming to mind except the name of the main character from another story I'm working on. until something gets figured out, I'll still be going with Dani.
