No the wet stuff not the granules, that's bad for the membranes. Little bowl bit of water toss in some salt, stir. Scoop and... deep breath. Morning swims in the ocean work too but that can be a hassle, particularly if you're miles from the sea. Messy, but it does help and as an added bonus will put you off the idea of drowning if you're ever thinking dark thoughts. Stomach muscles get some work from the coughing too. Probably best if you allow a little time before meeting anyone, just to get the hacking and dribbling out of the way. enjoy, or not maybe. At least you know you can breathe after.

If Grumpy needs feeling…
…go for it, especially if it eases the sinusitis—just make sure he doesn't get too aroused. I suffer myself occasionally, but not nearly as much as my poor dear Mum used to. She was a martyr to it.
