Your writing was effective enough to draw real emotions from the reader. That is something to which all writers aspire.

I found the mother to be abusive, too -- especially the part where she stripped him naked in front of other people. In real life, she could have gotten arrested for that and, if the city attorney was particularly aggressive, charged with child pornography.

So you wrote the mother quite effectively. She came off as somewhere between uncaring and downright abusive. We could tell that she was getting impatient with her son's insistence that she take his desires into account, and his lack of cooperation as she insisted that he strip naked in front of strangers. We could tell that she ran a tight ship.

The child was written effectively, too, because we the readers could feel his humiliation and helplessness.

Some people are fond of the 'Forced Fem' TG theme, and some find it disturbing. It's a matter of taste.
