well, I got good news and bad news.
the good news is mom finally was able to keep something down, even if it was just a small cup of rice pudding, a liquid yogurt, and 4 spoonfuls of broccoli soup. she also has been given a new medicine which may help keep things going in a good direction.
Bad news is I'm headed in the opposite direction, as a crippling depression snuck up on me tonight.
sighs, keep sending hugs ...

Is this the right address, ma'am? Someone here order five dozen hugs, assorted sizes? If you'll just sign.... This is just the first delivery...

Hugs, Dot! Many, many hugs!
Remember how important you are to everyone here, when you're depressed. Okay, remember it all the time, but especially when you're depressed.
Hugs!

... "hugs floating in the ether" ...
I'm thinking there are just so many people and things I'm appreciative of - dozens per day - where I'd like to send them a hug.
Rarely physically possible, examples: Beethoven would have been 250 years old this year, and the musician Bachs are no longer with us; Buddha and Sappho 2+ millenia. And my Domino Kitty must wait for me to cross That Bridge...
What this means is, is that there are a heck of lot my hugs 'floating out in the ether'.
I'd very much like it if you 'plucked out' as many of my floating hugs as you like, when-ever and why-ever you need some. I'm sure the 'original recipients' won't mind sharing. And I've always got more going out.
Enjoy them.
