When our Harley was hit and killed, the folks at the Vets gave us some time to say goodbye. They gave us the blanket they wrapped him in, and eventually gifted us a carved box with his ashes that they obtained from the Animal Control Agency. All of the techs and the lady vet on duty were visibly affected; their tears were a welcome reflection of our loss. Your loss saddens me. Much love to you!
