Until around 2011 or 12 there was an author here named Sarah Carrera, I think. She wrote stories about a t girl that lived in the Sacramento, Ca. area, had a band, or sang and did none performance in the Red Rock Amphitheater in Colorado. It may have been that she was eventually discovered to have girl parts?
I think that in private emails, she told me that she was going on a 2 year Mormon Mission, so she dropped out of sight. She did not resurface after her mission, at least not using the same name.
I notice that her stories, if I have the name correct, no longer appear on this site. Has anyone heard from her?

Megan Campbell was an actual name of the character...
...in the story. When she was not wearing wig and "glam" :-)
And "Sara Carrera" was her (legal) alias for performances, tours, and fan meetings.
Will have to reread the story... details are starting to get blurry.

is also the authors name, check her out on authors page. she also wrote 'A Flower Blooms' a great superhero story
Surprised it is still up and avalible
Her stories are published with Amazon who are sticklers for making authors delete any other sources for said stories.

Scanning through her stories, the lady really is a very talented writer. She definitely has all three ingredients, stage (setting, scene actors, actresses), dialog, action.

I'd also like to see more of Catwalk Confidence.
The two authors had each character mention the other's character, it was neat. Catwalk Confidence had more of an abrupt break, leaving more stuff dangling.

Connie Alexander, who wrote Catwalk Confidence, is still around, though she hasn't posted a story here since "While my guitar gently weeps" 3 or 4 years ago.

In chapter 1 of book 1, Megan/Sarah (still Brett then) said "We lived in a nice section of L.A...." As I recall, all of the locations mentioned later in the series were consistent with Los Angeles being her home.

Book 1 second edition was published in 2011. Sarah Carrera dot com went online in 2011 and was last updated 2012 and it is still up. Megan blogged in 2016 with updates. And that’s all I could find here, Amazon, etc. next up would be goggle? I wonder if second edition got by Amazon predatory publishing practices?

Megan Campbell posted Sarah Carerra in 2011 with a blog update in 2016. Sarah competed for an award with Desdemona written in 2011 by Faeriemage who mentions Sarah. Sarah also mentions Alex written by Connie Alexander. Alex is a model and listens to Sarah’s music. Catwalk Confidence is Alex story dated 2010-2013. All 3 characters start at 15-16 years old. All 3 stories stop before an end. Nothing from any author past 2016 I can find. All 3 stories are well written by talented authors. Like so many I wish for more.
