Breaks in the cloud

Podracer's picture

The soggy summer hasn't done with us yet, we may be having some sun soon, better take the waterproof socks out next weekend though. This weekend enough dry to have a ride, cut lawns and dry laundry too, so not 100% drowned.
Off to read some Gaby now, so it can rain if it likes.

"Reach for the sun."

Well, it's been mostly sunny,

Well, it's been mostly sunny, even today where we picked up a short gullywasher. However, I doubt you want our weather, where it's been into the 90's lately.

I'll get a life when it's proven and substantiated to be better than what I'm currently experiencing.

I did wave as I passed Sheffield yesterday

but the wind and the rain were as bad as Maddy described. The rain that fell was in big (and I mean really big) blobs. Then you go a few miles and it is bone dry and then the next band of wet stuff hits you.

Not a drop today as I rode to Lowestoft to complete the 'Four Corners'. Just two (or possibly three) stops on the ride home tomorrow so I might make it before the thunderstorms but I'll need to get the latest forecast before I leave Ipswich in the morning.
Will we get a summer this year?
Samantha

Sheffield was the dryest june
