For the last two, almost three, weeks, BigCloset email has been intermittent. Sometimes not sending emails for people signing up or changing passwords or sending blank messages. It took us a while to even notice it but for the past week or so we have been working on this problem.
We think we've got it solved so if you tried to sign-up or change your password in the last couple of weeks and never got the email to complete the process, or got a blank one, please try again.
Sorry about that. We pay someone else to run our mail server (a much bigger company than us), supposedly to avoid problems just like this. They got hacked, changed their interface to avoid the hacker danger, and somehow we did not get told. It's way more complicated than that but not important now that things have been fixed.

Send a few appreciative waves in Piper's direction. Her ponytail is worse for wear due to being yanked in frustration (by her) while trying to fix something that should not have been broken.

A big hug to Piper, Erin, and all the girls at BCTS who work so diligently to keep the sight..., site going. Programming a web site to host members can only be described as a labor of love as there isn't enough money in the world to get me to do it. As if the maddening problems having anything to do with MS isn't enough there are the financials and the handling of members and guests NOT reading the rules.

And just to elevate your spirits: aliexpress was having same kind of problem last couple of days... And it took them about the same amount of time to resolve the issue even though their support staff have you outnumbered at about million to one...
