This is too hard for me to figure out, giggle, even if I did take my shoes off! :)
But somewhere on here, I was reading about the lady and the IRS and in the bottom of the article it said that the there are between 1600 and 2000 SRS operations performed in the US every year. There are probably 10 times that done by US citizens outside the US, but I doubt that they counted those.
So, anyhow getting back to it, there are 800 SRS operations done in Saudi Arabia. Well if the US population is about 300,000,000 and there are 2000 done here, and the population of KSA is about 27,000,000, then that makes them doing many times what the US does per person population.
Well, the math is too hard for me, but it seems like they have about 1/10th our population and do more than a third of what we do. That is pretty wacky for such a supposedly conservative country. I wonder if it is just a nice way for a gay guy to save his skin once he gets outed?
I know that a lot of that happens in Iran. In fact they just hung 27 guys so that would be pretty strong incentive.
Oh, I'm not sure where this is going but it seems like a lot to me, but I can't do the math!, since I lost my two little brains, the other one can't keep up, maybe?

Been lurking awhile, thought I would get an account setup here and start giving back to an online community that has kept me entertained.
I think I still remember my high school course on statistics, if so the following figures should be correct:
300,000,000 / 2000 = 150,000
27,000,000 / 800 = 33750
150,000 / 33750 = 4.4444444 or 4 4/9
So, Iran performs one srs operation for every 33,750, while the US Performs one for every 150,000 people. Scaled to population, they perform almost 4.5 times as many. I can imagine that with their "Justice" system though there are probably an above average number of takers. I believe the other day someone posted a link (can't seem to find it now) to an article stating that Iranian government actually pays HALF of the cost for those electing to undergo srs. Not a bad deal, however I really can't say that I'd be interested in moving there myself for the opportunity.
