I started coming to this site around 2006, though did not publish until 2007. I was extremely shattered and emotive, but through the support of those at this site and the release of "Telling My Truth" somehow managed to avoid suicide. Many of those old souls that were here no longer are, for what reason I do not know.
The fact is those of us who remain are going to lose this site if we do not pull a finger out. I don't give two shits about any excuses.
Help out or lose this site.

I agree Gwen
I've been banging this drum for a while. And I put my money where my mouth is.I wish more readers read our blogs about finances.
Piper and Erin reach into their own pockets way too much. This isn't just a fun site to read. For some, myself, it is also good place to enjoy writing, and to hone our skills. For others, it's much more important, it's a place to be themselves, no fear,no attacks, just a place to be them.
Any other place like that ? if even each writer gave $10 or $5 each month, maybe Piper will get paid. Just like the old expression, "Pay the Piper"
Never Too Much Struggle
I understand that T folk are perhaps the most compromised population of all, and I wish well for them. For those "living it" in real life it can be doubly difficult and I understand it. For reasons I can not explain truthfully to this audience, I am economically blessed, but as most of us know there is no way to erase the emotional pain of some people rejecting us, especially relatives who seem to gain enjoyment from hurting us. If yours don't, I am happy for you.
I've been at this 14 years now and was shat out of a very conservative Christian community and have continued to strive with them until I am finally worn out.
I've given various amounts at different times, and plan to continue, and hope to get on Patreon very soon. Even if it is $5/ a month, that helps.
Some may be afraid of exposure and I understand that. If there is any way to work something out, please do.
