Perhaps it is the onset of S.A.D?
with the nights now longer than the days for many of us and if you get grey overcast days one after the other, I know many people who get SAD at this time of year. There is nothing wrong with most people but they feel Yuk and listless and can't be bothered to do anything.
Have you tried these SAD busting lights?

About SAD
I'm living at about 33° N latitude in Tempe AZ. This time of year there's no rain and little cloudiness. Temps range from 60s to 90s F.
Even so, I started using my anti-SAD bright light for an hour in the AM 3 days ago. I think I feel slightly better. My chemical antidepressants are also working fairly well. I think I'd be in big trouble if I had to live way to the North, like Edmonton or similar or in a very cloudy region like the Pacific NW.
