update!
Update and good news:
I went to my doctor to discuss the bloodwork they had done yesterday, and the good news is despite having signs of a fatty liver, my blood cholesterol levels are really good other than triglycerides which are high.
I also talked to a dietitian and now have some healthy snack suggestions as well as a copy of the Canada food guide to help me make better food choices.
Plus, I think i successfully navigated Amazon Kindle and hopefully my collection of short stories should be up soon.
