There's a quote that's been floating around in my mind. I know I read it somewhere in a story, but I've looked at all of my online and saved sources, and I can't find out where it comes from. I'm pretty sure it's a TG story, since that's what I read mostly these days. It's driving me crazy.

In the story, a character says (semi-apologetically) something pretty close to:

"An occupational hazard of being me, I'm afraid."

Does anyone recognize where it comes from?
