Well, I volunteered today at the local food bank, and it was wonderful.
I'm glad I overcame my anxiety and went.
I'm going to try and make it part of my weekly routine.

Food banks are a good outlet. I have many good friends there.

Volunteering
Dr Huggles told some of us in the USS Jorgensen (Transgender Trekkies) chat channel that she was thinking of going. It did take a couple of hugs and other encouraging words but she made the decision on her own to face her fears. She received more Hugs on returning back to the USS Jorgensen later that day. :) In celebration I allowed her to fire some of our ship's Glitter Torpedo's at some of her tormentors. Being the Girly Girl she is, she was giggling the entire time. :)
