Bit of a mixed day at work last night. I had some severe moments of pain, and a mild PTSD attack, but on the plus side, I applied for a less physical job.

It was a hard day's night. I hate those anxiety attacks. I've had several over the last month. They're no fun at all. Ativan seems to help a bit if I feel one coming on. Stay well and rest well.
