Doppler Press would like to announce the creation of our first Big Closet anthology. We know that there are many people who would like to contribute to the running of the site but simply do not have the money to donate and we respect that. But there is another way to help, and that is contributing to the Big Closet anthologies, which we plan on publishing as both an E-book and a print book quarterly. All proceeds from the sales of these books will be applied to keeping this site running. What we need from authors are stories, poems, essays, comics, pictures, etc.

This first anthology is going to surround the current bathroom law issue going around lately. The law that will ban transgender people from using the restroom of the gender they identify on. Any type of story will do as long as it revolves around the bathroom law issue. It can be realistic, humorous, violent, sexual (to a tasteful extent), parody, satire, you get the idea. Real life stories can be appropriate too. Essays would be good.

Length can vary. We are going to look to have 60,000 words of content, but it can be more or less. We are hoping all of our authors will contribute, especially our more popular ones. We are hoping to have submissions by the end of the month. There will be a tag listing Big Closet Anthology under PUBLICATION that can be selected to denote your willingness to contribute to this work.

Thank you,

The staff at Doppler Press

I am tied up at present writing three books, but if you wish to borrow any of my shorter fiction, just ask. "Sunlight and Shade" may be an idea.

Also (metaphorically) tied up

As with cyclist, I will be unable to offer anything by the deadline but you would be welcome to use any of my existing writing for this worthwhile purpose at a future date. Just ask!
Good luck with the publication.
Louise
