Hi Gwen, I'm fine.
As Angharad wrote it's been a difficult year and Christmas proved to be charged with much emotion. My son Daniel and my great nephew James and I decided to arrange a Christmas Dinner in a hotel because Christmas at our old Family Home was something we could not face without Helen. The recent picture shows us in the hotel with the fourth member of our group Lexa, my apartment mate. We had a very enjoyable if somewhat poignant day as we shared memories of Helen (God bless her.) When you get Skype back Gwen, I'll message you. xxx Bevs.

It's 9:24PM here now and we've just finished talking. She's down with a bit of the "bug" but otherwise fine as ever. It HAS been a sort of rough holiday season for her with all that's happened, but she is in fine humor and looking forward to the new year.
