I don't get this one. I really don't. I saw it and seriously did the confused puppy tilt my head and stare.
The only things I could think of is that he had laser done and they did that spot above his hairline and it went through the skull and did some brain damage. Or, he's been playing American style football without a helmet. A lot.

Ie If you jump up out of cover you might get your head shot off.

It was deliberate nonsense
You are not supposed to make sense out of it, and he got away with it. Related to this are the intensely perceptive questions: What's the difference between a duck? Why is a mouse when it spins?
I have the answers if anyone is interested.
