I just hope that there are other authors out there willing to share their faith through their writing. I think it is a shame that I was the first and it is quite a lonely place. I certainly enjoy the kudos, but with it come the attacks as well. I think that if transgender wants to be widely accepted that it is in our best interest to show that we are similar to everyone else.

There comes a time when literature needs to balance out with reality. I enjoy wild and far fetched tales, but I think there is a need to show the everyday struggle of combining faith with being transgender. I know there are quite a few authors who are both christian and transsexual, hopefully they can combine in literature what they combine in life.
