...I've been dealing with depression that is so heavy sometimes that I can't even read, which is horrible. You know what it's like to cry every day, I'll bet. I had books by two of my favorite authors from the library and I couldn't even finish a page. It's so disheartening both as an author and especially as a voracious reader. But I also know as I know you do, that it can be cyclical and we often find ourselves energized when we emerge from that long night of the soul, aye.
