Oh? So the story WAS finished then? I remember reading it a long time ago, but it wasn't finished I think... Or I somehow missed the last chapters ^^'

Yep, Kelly Girl was finished. All 26 Chapters.
Supposedly to be continued in the follow up - Kelly Girl - Incognito.

I was able to get the "Kelly Girl" Paperback several years ago from lulu.com.
Never did see the sequel though. :(
