Due to a hardware failure on another server, and the need to test hardware. One of our servers (Eva) which is the primary Star Stuff server, is going to be taken offline.
This outage will affect the following sites:
StarDust, CrystalHall, Fictioneer, and others.
This outage will also cause SEARCH be be un-available here @ BigCloset.

Thank you for your patience. We are still working on the troubled server. Sorry for the additional delays and outages caused to this site by the SOLR/Search server being offline.

When they get 1) working hardware and 2) the server software, configuration, content etc. in a consistent state. It may well be impossible to have an estimate yet - and I assume Piper would have given one if it had been available. Oh well, patience is supposed to be a virtue... :)

We are currently using Eva to reconstruct some missing data while the other server is worked over and stress tested. Hopefully this will take only a matter of hours I can't give a better estimate as I am directing things remotely and not able to be hands on, but could be 24hrs or more.
Well either way...
