I seemed to have hit a huge block on writing for a long time there. The fourth book of Standing Up to Life just seemed to hit a massive brick wall, and I couldn't get any motivation to finish it. At the end of December this book premise hit me, and I decided to leave the series for a bit and write this stand alone novel. By the middle of April I had finished the initial draft, and I'm excited that I've decided it's ready for the public! I feel like there may be one other project before I return to the SUTL series, we'll see. (No, no hints!) I have a busy six months ahead of me, but hopefully you'll see something new from me again about this time next year!

In the meantime I hope you all enjoy this work, and I look forward to hearing your thoughts on it! Thanks for reading!
