Well, my first shift was pretty good, and at least a couple people made a point of calling me Dorothy and one teased me and called me a young lady. All in all, I'm impressed so far. Meanwhile, I wanted to take a moment to talk about "Yes, Dear." I've been playing around with showing the difference between forced fem and consensual dressing up. The latter can be a fun experience between a couple, the former is merely torture. Accordingly, I set the piece up as dark as I dared, making it appear that I was telling a horror story, and then sprang my little surprise of the fact it was all a game. I hope nobody read partway through and gave up thinking the worst. Hugs to all who commented.

Glad the shift went well. How did they know to call you Dorothy, if you were wearing, your amle name on the name tag?
As to yes dear, as I said in my comment to thr story, I almost gave up, but felt an urge to get to the end and I am happy I stayed the course. It was a wonderful story of true love between a couple who were able to be creative in their love life.

Don't worry, I'm notorious for skipping ahead to the end
I think the butler did it.

In respone to your work problems, get the confusion straightened out and you should be fine.
Sounds like either someone assumed and did not inform you your supervior had to sign off or he -- I assume it's a he -- is a power hungry control freak!

Just do your job. Do well and hang in there.
Oh your latest tale with the alternative universe and his guilt over maybe sending the happer version of his/herself into his unhappy one is touching.

P.S. Remember, put a positive spin on your troubles. IE not what went wrong, who is to blame? Rather think, what can I do to fix this? What needs to be done to prevent this in the future? What can *I* do to take control of the situation in a positive way?

A good first day, and about "Yes, Dear."
Tigger wrote stories much along the lines of "Yes, Dear."
