As so many of you have pointed out to me from time to time I am in need of a good editor.

I'm looking for someone who can help me with my grammar and my vocabulary. I'm sorta lacking in both departments.

Thanks in advance,

Would Love To Work with You

I would love to work with you. I have to ask why you're concerned about your vocabulary? From what I've seen of your work you do a tremendous job of word selection. One of the primary errors made by many of the Big Closet writers is reaching for just that esoteric (and pretentious) word that conveys their wondrous vocabulary and little else. You're telling a story over a glassful of spirits to your best friend. Use the words you would use with her. Use the right words -- but don't go all Thelma Thesaurus on us. There are a few things I can suggest that you do differently, but for the most part, your writing is marvelous. You're already better than most who write for BC -- one hell of a lot better than some of the more prolific BC writers.

A word of caution -- I don't know anything about any universes. I have an aversion to writing in universes because I think creating a believable scene is one of the most fascinating parts of writing. I don't know why anyone would want to limit their authoring fun.

Read a few of my stories and decide for yourself if my style fits what you want to accomplish.

Or -- simply tell those who have criticized your grammar and vocabulary that they're big, fat, G.D. idiots.

Take a look at this book, which has sold many, many copies.

Also read what Wikipedia has to say about it.

Your grammar and vocabulary is way above average. Screw the idiots.
