I have really been struggling with flashbacks lately. I was talking on a chat site with someone, and they were flirting, and i really wanted to do something, but as soon as we started talking sexy, i froze up, and started to cry and shake. Since then, I cant seem to get it out of my head. I would like it to stop now.

If you currently seeing counselor then you should bring this up many transgender therapists will help you deal with this.

It is a long road ahead but I will finally become who I should be.
I know that your current situation is such
that you may not have access to regular care, but Jenna is absolutely correct. At the very least, you should tell your family doctor about this. Tap into as many resources as you need to address this, as it is not going away any time soon. Believe, I know exactly how you feel, as do so many of us in the same situation, dear heart.
