It was running VERRRRY slow if at all

Still no clue
No idea for sure what went wrong. Database repair program says everything is okay. Bob and I are exhausted so we turned off some site features that seem to stress the system and Bob is going to bed. I'm going to take a nap and look in later and see if it is all okay. If not, I don't know if I have the fortitude to do anything with it. I'm really feeling weak tired and stupid right now.

I think the problems continues to persist. This morning I have had all sorts of trouble with the site. Have you tried kicking the server, preferably with a set of stiletto heels on when you do it? ;)

Still very slow
The site is still very sluggish and I have had several time-outs.
Not a complaint as I know that you are addressing the problem; just giving you a bit of feedback.

Well, we've found several problems
Unfortunately, none of them seem to be necessary and sufficient to the problems we are having.
One of the unfortunate casualties has been Random 50los which had to be dismantled because the code conflicted with another module. We don't need the other module but in order to unentangle them, we had to unship both. I'll recreate Random 5olos with good code when next I can. The other thing that is a casualty is favorites which actually shared some code with Random 5olos.

Bookmarks, Favorites and Random Solos all depended on a piece of code called "Flag" which conflicted with a code piece called "Flag Content". Removing Flag Content damaged the database information for Flag which at the current time means all those things will have to be reconstructed. Sorry.
