I always thought that Sexual Reassignment Surgery would be out of reach for me because of the cost. Thankfully that problem was solved and I was able to get a majority of the surgery done at no cost at all. Thanks to my job, while delivering the papers last night I froze my balls off. Now, I'm half way there.

SRS via freezing
Come up to Massachusetts and you can finsh the job and freeze your willy off. Not going to be as cold as central and northwest Canada however.
Come to Minnesota
We're expecting temperatures close to 30 below on Monday. If that doesn't do the job, nothing will.

Try Balmy Central Illinois
It's going to be warm here, only -20 or so. Of course that is following the 6" to 12" of snow we are expecting Saturday night through Sunday afternoon.
(For the rest of the world that is -29 C and 15 to 30 cm of snow.)
Don't think you will be safe in Southern Illinois either, while the temperatures are supposed to warmer (5-10 degrees) they are expecting more snow and have less snow removal equipment. There are going to be a lot of closed schools in Illinois on Monday.

Or maybe it was just the schools. So either Minnesota, or the Minnesota schools are closed Monday.

Try to at least keep scrotums and penises in tack, if you love'm or want GRS. You've heard of the new Thai technique that uses the scrotum to line the vagina and penis parts to make the labia (and clit, I guess). This technique might prove better for some peep's anatomies, so don't destroy tissue that ya don' hav'ta.
