The last couple of days my dog has been trying to play with one of my cats. But every time the dog wanted to play, the cat would jump behind the couch. The dog would just stand that at the edge of the couch, wagging its tail stupidly and being all hot and bothered. It was weird, but I figured the dog had pent up energy and the cats were the only animals around that it could socialize with but the cats wanted none of it.

Well, last night Felix is in the chair and reclining on the couch. He closes his eyes and when he opens them, a little black fluffball is staring at him. Evidently Junior the Cat had a kitten. It explored a little, we put it on the bed, it was friendly and then junior figured we had enough and took the kitten back behind the couch.

This morning, we go to find the kitten again and we find two more. So we have three new kittens in the house. We'll have to find homes, but we'll enjoy them while they are here. I put some pictures so people can see the cuteness.
