With all the flashbacks and crap I've been fighting the last while, I havent had a lot of energy for writing. So it may be a while before I publish anything new, although I have the beginnings of a poem written ....

It's not about creativity...
...you can only handle so much pain before it takes its toll. You might even find that you have
something you need to say; just not need to post. Remember; if you are writing, it will help you for variety of reasons. To get your emotions out and on 'paper' may not only help you express yourself, but also it's a tangible way to self-validate your perceptions regarding your memories. And anything that involves right/left activity such as typing, can help your brain safely integrate the memories. It's a matter of writing because you feel like it, and not feel compelled unless you find it therapeutic, right?
You've been through a huge amount of grief and pain, so it's bound to take it's toll. You might discover that once you give yourself permission to rest, your drive to write might get some new energy. Praying for you.
