Just got back from picking my ex's dog up at the vet - she had teeth problems, and needed one taken out. I was so upset I came home and cuddled with my own dog, breathing in that special feeling you get from the love of a pet.
If you have a pet, please remember to treat it better than you have to, because in them is a love and acceptance rarely found in humans - my dog never cared if I wore a skirt or not, which is better than I can say for some people.
Its probably the hormones, but I need a good cry now ...

Pets, and a good cry
You write as though you need that cry, so go ahead and do it. I won't tell anyone. And people don't know it, but everyone needs a dog to care for, or a cat to care for you.
When there is a good pet around you, you are probably as close to an Angel as you will get in this life.

yep i know what you mean i have 2 cats, last week when my grandmother died she was more of a mother to me cause my mom sucks really long story. my cats knew i was really upset and they gave more love the usual

I know what you mean I have had many high stress jobs and faced death many times, but the hardest most heartbreaking thing I've ever done is put my two cats to sleep. I will join you in that cry now.
