Well, I'm not doing well right now. In the aftermath of "the Incident" at work, I'm really struggling emotionally. We're taking my daughter on a drive to Calgary to see the Zoo there, so maybe that will cheer me up ....

If she's the right age let her go into the peting Zoo.
Let her eat all the junk food she wants (short of getting sick of course) and indulge with her.
If you bring a camera take pictures.
Clear your mind, enjoy the sun (is there sun in Calgary ;-)) and let the mind rest.
