I always seem to be doing this:
Apologizing for not having any stories ready.
But real life has done a number on me, and I have had very little spoons left over.
So I'm stuck apologizing, yet again.
Sorry folks

No worries (*), "Vivus Interruptus"
(That's my fake Latin attempt for "Life Interrupts" or "Life happens".)
(*) Unless we don't hear from you for a while. Then, we worry. That's why, from time to time, I 'drop in you' elsewhere.
My turn to say it: Sorry folks.
Because I don't know the "exchange rate" for 'grabbed from the ether' hugs and spoons. But I fear it takes >a lot< of 'ether hugs' to get one spoon ...
Not to worry
I'm not aware that you have any obligation to produce X amount of content for BCTS. I don't think any of us authors are under any such obligation. If we were to all feel the need to apologize for not writing, then this blog column would be nothing but such apologizes; there wouldn't be room for anything else here.
I haven't produced anything in quite a while. (Nothing since February this year.) My excuse is my muse is fickle. I have several stories in progress. Every now and then, I'll get some inspiration and knock out a couple of thousand words on one of them and I think "Great, I'll get this finished up in a week or so at this rate..." and then when I go back to it the next day, my muse has taken a hike and failed to mention when she'll be back. I end up re-reading what I've written for some inspiration but sit without a clue how to get the storyline to the next point staring at a blank screen.
Your value to this community is not wrapped up in how much you write for it. Just being here and encouraging us to be ourselves by being yourself and sharing your life with us as you do is enough.
Hugs
Patricia
