I ran out of spoons two years ago when Dad died and I became primary caregiver for my mother (with dementia). I'm lucky to keep running on plastic sporks these days... ;)

But I'm glad you got some stuff done. Take your wins where you can. Reward yourself for the things you DO accomplish, rather than berating yourself for the things you didn't/couldn't do. Yeah, I know, easier said than done. I'm still working on that one myself.
