I was taking a break on YouTube and happened to start a video called StarCraft 2. In the clip, they were involved in some sort of boring space war as usual. The male soldiers were completely covered in this combat Armor while the female soldier was in a form fitting body suit that left her Ass and back completely naked.
Sadly, I think that some of the stories here come as a result of watching those videos, or playing those games, or reading those books, or comics.
It is angering to me that some purport to be women, yet women are demeaned. Some of us have been living as women to the best of our ability for a long time and seeing things like this is hurtful and angering. Grow up you little pricks.

Snerk.
Here is one of those stories, on the origin of chain mail bikinis. https://bigclosetr.us/topshelf/fiction/74196/goddess-chainma...

No, most of the various stories are nothing like Conan, Eye of Argon, or the Deathbringer( I think that was the series) books. Keep in mind, however, that in general, women are seen as needing agility and flexibility due to reduced upper body strength, and men are seen as being able to carry more armor and be able to function effectively.
So, 'Chicks in Chainmail' may be a trite cliche, but there's some truth behind many of the "skin tight vs heavily padded" outfits.
(I HATE the word 'chainmail'. It's chain armor! Mail is French for Chain, (from maille), so 'Chainmail' is 'chainchain'. Thus, you had 'ring mail', (ring chain), 'scale mail' (scale and chain. Less likely to be punctured, but still flexible), and some dimwit decided to say 'oooh, chain mail' rather than 'mail'. A coat of mail. (Hauberk, byrnie, etc) Not a coat of chain mail. )
I'll get a life when it's proven and substantiated to be better than what I'm currently experiencing.
Starcraft
Which video? As far as I know, there is no nudity in Starcraft itself. However, there is an armour type for medics that somewould consider 'suggestive', there's even cosplay porn using it. Indeed, pursuant of Rule 34 of the Internet, "If it exists, there is porn of it. If there isn't, there will be."
As for what you said, I'm guessing you mean Ghost suits? Those aren't really armour. Those are spacesuits that emphasize mobility and stealth, so form-fitting is logical with that kind of setting. They're infiltrators, so they need to be more agile than marines (who wear full battle armour). There's a reason why nobody fields full ghosts, they're very expensive and will be ripped apart by zerglings. They're not bare-assed or naked in the back, though.

There has even been proposals to NASA for a spacesuit that in essence would look similar to the ghost suits to improve mobility. The one below is the most promising one.
