Glad to hear you're keeping in contact here,
Pneumonia is not fun to deal with, I've had single pneumonia twice in the last twelve years and double pneumonia twice in that same time span. I've actually needed to sleep sitting up only one time out of the four, but trying to get a good breath can be a real PITA.
Take care of yourself, stay in contact, and I hope you find a place to live, once you are out of there, that does have internet access.
