Ladies, I appreciate your under rewarded efforts. Those who run the ship are never given the credit for all the hidden time and talent it takes to make a company work. It isn't easy, it doesn't come without the mental ability to multitask a couple dozen things at the same time. There are very very few nine to five people who understand the nuances of what it takes and even fewer who could do the job.

For the skills, time, and unbelievable intelligence all you ladies put into BC, thanks isn't enough.

Soon, sooner than we think possible, we all look back at what our lives consisted of and what we did. For most of us it certainly wasn't what we planned when we left school and our youth behind. For me, I ask God, am I leaving the world better than when I came? There is always, "next time".
