One thing about me I'm happy with is the fact that I refuse to live in a bubble.
I have friends who have different viewpoints on religion, politics, and just about everything else. I read and listen to news sources from both the left and the right.
I think its a healthy thing, to be able to consider different views on things. Sometimes, I've even changed my mind or at least thought "that was a good point".
I'm not saying this to brag. Anybody can do this, if they want to.
But it's one part of me I like, and as I have days when its not easy to remember I like much about me, that's a good thing.

We don't learn much looking in a mirror. Something I also admire in others is openness, as I have few people that I'm able to be open with about my early life. I think you do better than me in this area Dorothy.

Form opinions based on the best available evidence and be prepared to change them.
Ban nothing, but question everything.

is pretty darned amazing! I'm not always good at keeping an open mind, and I think it's awesome that she can do that.

It's one reason I never had many friends in school, but had some very good friendships when I finally escaped.
Keep it up and start adding to your list of things that are good about you, you've got a lot of fine qualities.
