A few days ago I posted several comments on stories here. Today, I wanted to check what I'd said about one of them, but my comment had disappeared. When I checked further, it seemed that all my recent comments had vanished.
Was it something I said, or has the database had "issues"?

I remembered that the new "99 Shoes" site was coming up. I checked on the old Bigcloset, and there my comments were. Obviously there was some cut-off date for the comments that were copied accross to the new system.

The cutoff for moving stuff
...was last Monday, I think.
It really was a pain to move stuff because of different shape databases and even different character storing styles. And for the first few days, I wasn't even convinced it could be done.
