Here is a spot to lay out your wish list and hopefully have the authors see this. Many great stories have, for one reason or another, been relegated to a backburner somewhere. If it were possible to convince the author(s) to dust them off and try to finish them, which of the ones that have never been finished would you MOST like to see started on again?

hmmm, if I get only one, I would choose "First Among Fools" by Renae, although I might settle for "After the Ashes" too. A close second is Admiral Krunch's "Being Christina Chase." There are just so many to choose from that it boggles the mind. The aforementioned series (and many others here and elsewhere) are of a quality and storyline as to make them better than a lot of the tripe being foisted upon us by the mass marketing publishing houses. Sorry if I might have slighted anyone, but my mind is going...

This debate has been taking place on another fiction site too.

We can but hope that every author can find the time and the right words to complete the story they started to tell.

Excuses like failing to save it before going to bed, are just that excuses! (Hi Angharad)

But I started to work on "Hell Yeah it hurts again" last week.Stan thanks for mentioning it in your wish list it's on mine as well.Being Christina Chase would be a tradgedy left unfinished as would Leeway and many others.Being that I have unfinished work I have to cut those who also don't some slack as Brainfarts,life and death happens.Amy

I am a HUGE fan of Justme's Leeway series and Jan S's Scenes from a Kid's Life. Both authors are currently dealing with a host of personal matters and both have the highest standards of craftsmanship, so we've seen an extended but, I surely hope, not an eternal pause in both series.

Dear Gwen,
I am so sorry that people haven't replied to you. I would like to start a new trend and do just that. There are a bewildering number of good TG fiction writers out there and I am working through the worthy ones like you. I have just started reading your works, I mean in the last ten minutes. I knew I would get to them, but I have a lot of RL problems that prevent me spending a decent amount of time reading and researching TG writers.

I am a mainstream writer in general fiction as well, but RL has even taken that from me. On top of that, being TG myself doesn't help. I will do the best I can to read all your work and post comments. Please give me time to do just that.

I won't make promises about how quickly it will be released, but the next part of Amazon is in work. Real life, including the need for extra hours at work, has made it hard to find time to write.

I really don't want to rush and release a 3rd (or 4th) rate story -- as opposed to my usual 2nd rate work.

I really wanted to see Angel's stories finished ((Angel o Hare)), she's such a good writer and is totally awesome and has a weird muse like I do ^^ Not evil, but weird, though mine is evil xD I like the stark series too, and a lot that were mentioned, like Private mountain even though I was mad at the fairies for making the new girl hate videogames T_T Gamer girls rule!!!!! And the fairy king was like what in the world is going on? I couldn't tell if it was real, magic or whatever T_T

 

    I just got to be me :D

..... quite a few people on here about "Being Christina Chase", awesome story. "Soccer Queen" on Sapphires and dare I say "SNAFU" sorry Ang, I know you're really busy.

The "Nena" series, I think that could be as big as "Gaby" given a little time. Another Awesome Maddy Bell series.

"The Reluctant Prom Date" & "G15-Reclassified", both on Sapphires, but I was totally enjoying them.

"The Office Bet" by Mel Brown, also on Sapphires.

Then there's "Tuck" too.

A few more I can't think of at the mo. But I know what it's like when you're writing a series and just don't have the time to carry it on.

Here are a few stories I'd like to see completed;

I can't go home like this.

Heck, I have a synopsis for the last two stories in my mind but, naturally, the author won't let ANYONE complete these stories and she doesn't seem to be able to complete them herself. Maybe real life is stopping her from completing them. I know that feeling only too well.
I tried for over four years to contact Crystal, without success, to see A) if she is completing these amazing stories
as a last resort B) would she let me ghost write it for her.

Someone who knows her said Crystal said, emphatically no. Fair enough, but is there any chance she could complete the two stories herself?

I gave up the idea of ghost writing them, but I am still hoping Crystal will complete these great stories

I have so many stories that I want to see finished, but haven't room to list them all here.
