The authors of this site go to a great deal of trouble to provide stories to entertain you, the readers. If you disagree with something, or find a story lacking in some way, the worst thing you can do is to "OUT" the author who has taken a great deal of time to produce a tale for your delectation.
If you disagree with something, don't put it in a brutal public comment, but send a PM–Personal Message–to the Author explaining your problem. That way you will save the author a great deal of soul searching (as well as the poor unfortunate editor) and ensure that the story–despite any shortcomings that you might find in it–is there for other readers to enjoy.

Regretfully, it's all part of the writing experience.
I feel for you or for the author in question as you didn't specify. It's the original reason I left TG Fiction behind years ago. (not an attack on me but on another author) I couldn't fathom why a person, who is the subject of so much hate and vileness regarding being a T-person could generate some much hatred themselves. Maybe it's just me. You'd think that they would more compassionate, at least publicly, toward their sisters.
Some people can be truly hateful against what they perceive to those they have a disagreement with, whether it be a T-issue, the topic of a story, or way it was written.
But it all boils down to being able to accept the bad with the good. It's all part of being a writer. I've received some really hateful things in the past, even some from people that I considered fans of my work.
Now, with all of that said: This is Erin's site. She's been very clear about the way things are to be run. If there is a problem then she or the people that help her out should be notified so that they can deal with the person in question.
From what I've seen here, haters are not allowed.
Now to everyone else: Golden Rule it people. Do unto others and all that.
One other: If you can't say anything nice then don't say anything at all. Slamming someone is not constructive critique.

Aside from truly hostile comments, I think negative comments are useful. At least as much as positive ones, IMO. It's a bit harsh if you're sensitive about your writing style, but it's the only way to learn :-(

FOR WHAT IT'S WORTH A COMMENT
I hope I have never offended any writer but I would like to think my comments have been supportive; like spelling and grammar, ideas, possible direction.
Obviously we have a very special group of people who write from their heart and soul and life experiences.
Their stories are expressed through different mediums, sex, love, dissapointment, hatred, lust, christ knows what else?
Regardless, I think they have the courage and determination to write and that needs us as readers to respect and support them?
I have found personnaly that I am moved very emotionally by some stories as I can see what they are trying to say. On the other hand there are so many good fictional/not fictional stories that are great entertainment.
There are some who will write crap, usually once to try and upset us!
So, do we have a closed shop, or expose it all to the world and take it on the chin?
