There were 19 entries in the contest and the winners were:
Everyone who read these excellent stories. Seriously, more than 60% of these stories were good enough to be contest winners. Amazing.
I never got around to putting up a voting page for the contest (due to software problems) but there are vote buttons on the stories and many people expressed their liking by voting there. Many others expressed a preference by re-reading favorite stories, too. And of course, there's the comments.
So, go check it out, All Souls Day. And I guarantee, you'll be a winner, too.
Why do I bring this up now? Funny you should ask ... :)
Okay, okay, there's going to be a new contest. Details soon.
Hugs,
Erin

Winning never was the point. Just the challenge to write on a theme you may not have considered. A gentle prod to the scribble button and a push into thinking along paths you may otherwise not. Seems to work all round if ya ask me.
