My use of MS Word seems to be blocked. I have refused to use the "Cloud" because things seem to go missing from there. :( Perhaps another choice would be to use the BCTS utility to write but I have not done that before. I have not tried to write on MS Word, and scan that into BCTS.
I spent 5 hours + trying to go to their place of business. That was frustrating and I failed.
So far.... I feel that I am too ignorant to use something other than MS Word.
Working on it.

I use MS Word 2021
Bought it outright. Paid $179.00 one time payment; no subscription. It's the student version and operates separate from MS 360. I never use one drive for anything. Here's the link.

Cascade plaza Best Buy
As soon as the weather cooperates, I plan to load the desk top into an insulated shopping bag, onto my walker, and ride the streetcar, and then MAX out to Best Buy. Friday, Saturday or even Monday. Since the Tower has no moving parts other than fans... I hope there will be no damage. Checking online, it looks like I can trade it in and buy a preloaded tower with Windows 11. At least I will ask. :)
